Our challenge theme is celebrations!
My supplies: BRAVO, STARS FRI-DIES
For this card, I die cut many stars on white panel by STARS FRI-DIES.
I add watercolors on watercolor paper.
After the colors dry, I put a piece star patterned acetate and the star die-cut panel on it.
To finish off, I heat emboss the word in white.
